For Women
Life pulls women in so many directions. I work with women who are overwhelmed, anxious, navigating identity shifts, or longing for more fulfillment in their lives and relationships. Therapy can be a space where you can finally exhale, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

For Teens
Adolescence can be intense, for both teens and their parents. I support teens in building emotional resilience, managing anxiety, and navigating the complexities of identify, friendship, and family dynamics in a way that feels relatable and empowering.
