I'm Hilary. I am a dually licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Colorado and California.
My practice is dedicated to helping women, moms and teens navigate life's challenges with specialities in pregnancy/postpartum/parenting and anxiety.
My own experiences with managing anxiety and navigating motherhood are what led to my passion in helping other women. It is my mission to provide a supportive environment for the connection, healing and growth needed for all of us to feel confident and truly thrive. We were never meant to figure this out alone and here, you don't have to.

I started my career working with underprivileged children in Los Angeles. Hardest but also the most rewarding work.
My most memorable career opportunity was supporting military families serving abroad at Lakenheath Air Force Base in the UK. I would love to live abroad again!
I love hanging out with the little family my husband and I created, our Vizsla - Tioga, traveling to new places and a curling up with a good book.
Most importantly, I am a mom to two little boys and a baby girl, who are the joys of my life.
