Hi, I'm Hilary, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Colorado and California.
Originally from Southern California, I earned my BA in Psychology and MA in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of Southern California.
I started my career specializing in child and teen therapy and have over 15 years of experience working with young people and their families.
Since becoming a mother and navigating the complexities of marriage and family life myself, I have become passionate about helping women with just that.
With advanced trainings in maternal mental health and The Gottman Method of couples counseling, I help high-achieving women, who are tired of holding it all together, with evidence-based care and real life understanding.

I started my career working with underprivileged children in Los Angeles. Hardest but also the most rewarding work.
My most memorable career opportunity was supporting military families serving abroad at Lakenheath Air Force Base in the UK. I would love to live abroad again!
I love hanging out with the little family my husband and I created, our Vizsla - Tioga, traveling to new places and a curling up with a good book.
Most importantly, I am a mom to two little boys and a baby girl, who are the joys of my life.
